Compliance Section Head
Perform a full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance, including review and creating new procedural/ policy
- Accountabilities
- Provide risk assessment & routine internal audit
- Coordinate the preparation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the key business process
- Perform compliance audits related to regulations and laws
- Monitoring and support activities conducted by external auditors/ third parties
- Support the departments in training employees on policies and procedures
- Perform the quarterly access review of business applications and programs
- Support the implementation and manage the Whistleblowing Program
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience Requirements
- Experienced 5 years of internal audit or internal control in the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.
- Understand key business processes, including procedures, risk, and testing.
- Able to assess & evaluate risk and implement solutions.
- Excellent reporting skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Have a good command of computers (Microsoft Office).
- Experience with the SAP program
- Have good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
