- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation process across multiple hospital entities.
- Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring proper elimination entries.
- Coordinate with finance teams across all hospital units to ensure consistent accounting policies and reporting standards.
- Analyze consolidated financial performance and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes at the group level.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, statutory requirements and external audit requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and internal stakeholders during audits and reporting cycles.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial consolidation processes, reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the consolidation team while fostering collaboration across multiple business units.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial consolidation
- Strong background in public accounting (preferably Big 4) is highly preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry and managing financial consolidation for multi-entity organizations is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Hands-on experience in financial consolidation, group reporting, intercompany reconciliation and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Able to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in Bintaro, South Jakarta
