Construction Manager (Data Center Project) - ICT Industry

Responsibility

• 1.Responsible for end-to-end management of Data Center projects from project initiation until final acceptance and project closure.
• 2.Lead project execution strategy and ensure project delivery aligns with contractual commitments and customer requirements.
• 3.Manage project budget, revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow performance.
• 4.Establish project governance framework and ensure compliance with Huawei project management processes.
• 5.Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation teams.
• 6.Manage project schedule, key milestones, critical risks, and escalation issues.
• 7.Build and maintain strong relationships with customer management, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• 8.Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycle.
• 9.Lead contract negotiation, change request management, claim management, and variation order processes.
• 10.Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• 11.Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to customer and senior management.
• 12.Drive customer satisfaction and successful project acceptance.
• 13.Lead project closing activities and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• 14.Support business development activities and provide project delivery expertise during pre-sales and bidding phases.

Requirement

• 1.Minimum 5+ years of work experience in project delivery, engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• 2.Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading large-scale Data Center projects.

3.Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 4.Good command of English both oral and written, Chinese fluent is an advantage.
• 5.PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

6.Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure including electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, fire suppression systems, BMS, DCIM, and ICT infrastructure.

• 7.Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and multi-vendor environments.
• 8.Strong commercial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and cost control.
• 9.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• 10.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex project risks.
• 11.Able to work under pressure, travel frequently, and support nationwide project delivery.
• 12.Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
