Responsibility
- Assist in developing and maintaining AI/ML models to support IT operations.
- Support the automation of routine operational tasks using Claw Prompting.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Learn and apply AIOps tools, technologies, and best practices in daily operations.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration initiatives.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proactive learner with a strong interest in AI and IT operations.
- Basic programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
