- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of BIA FARMA to ensure efficient and compliant pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, healthcare standards, and company policies.
- Oversee medication procurement, inventory control, storage, and distribution.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory accuracy to minimize waste and shortages.
- Supervise and develop pharmacy staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care and medication safety.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and provide pharmaceutical counseling when required.
- Prepare reports related to pharmacy operations, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy service standards and patient satisfaction.
- Support accreditation processes and internal audits related to pharmacy services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with a
- Professional Pharmacist (Apothecary) Qualification
- Valid and active
- Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA)
- and
- Practice License (SIPA)
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- in pharmacy practice, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, medication management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities is highly preferred.
