PT Globalindo Asets, a dynamic company operating at the intersection of property and technology, is seeking to expand its legal team with a dedicated Corporate Legal, Compliance, and Administration Associate. - In this role as Corporate Legal, Compliance, and Administration Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure they meet legal standards and align with business objectives.
- Providing legal advice on administrative, criminal, labour, corporate, and international laws to support decision-making processes.
- Conducting legal research to identify trends, precedents, and best practices in the legal landscape.

- Assisting in the preparation of legal documentation and reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is required.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, Legal Research, Contract Contract Law, and acumen and passion for innovation can contribute significantly to our growth and success.
