Customer Inspection Group Leader (Quality)

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily customer inspection activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor inspection results, analyze quality trends, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve product quality issues efficiently.
• Review and ensure inspection records, reports, and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate inspection team members to improve technical competency and overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and safety regulations.
• Support customer audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance inspection effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum
• 2 years of experience
• in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Customer Quality within a manufacturing environment, with at least
• 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, quality management systems (ISO 9001), and customer quality requirements.
• Familiar with quality tools such as
• 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA
• Experience handling customer inspections, customer audits, and product quality issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• English proficiency is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
