Finished Product Inspector (Quality)

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products in accordance with company standards and inspection procedures.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality requirements before packaging or shipment.
• Record, upload, and maintain accurate inspection results in the company's quality management system.
• Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming products to the relevant departments.
• Follow up on the repair or rework of non-conforming products and verify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Repair, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable inspection results.
• Comply with company quality standards, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and inspection efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Control, or Manufacturing.
• Familiar with finished product inspection processes and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to operate inspection, testing equipment and understand technical drawing.
• Knowledge of quality tools and inspection methods is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
