Leaking Inspector (Quality)

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform leak inspections on AC units in accordance with company standards and operating procedures.
• Operate leak testing equipment and ensure accurate and reliable inspection results.
• Identify, record, and report leakage defects or other quality issues to the relevant departments.
• Verify that products (AC) meet quality requirements before moving to the next production stage or shipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Repair teams to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product defects and improve inspection efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum
• SMK (Vocational High School)
• graduate or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in
• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
• , Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Control, or Manufacturing.
• Familiar with leakage testing equipment and quality inspection processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and understand QMS, technical drawings and inspection standards is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
