Customer Service Export

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• At least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding or Export-Import
• Fresh graduates with knowledge of export procedures are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of FCL/LCL export processes and export documentation
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work well in a team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle export bookings with shipping lines and airlines.
• Coordinate with shippers, consignees, overseas agents, trucking companies, and shipping lines.
• Ensure all export documents are complete, accurate, and comply with company procedures.
• Provide customers with shipment updates and delivery status information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
