About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
• Customer Service

professional to join the Glorya Group team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our Direct Marketing & CRM operations. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the voice of our company, delivering outstanding support to our clients whilst managing customer interactions across multiple channels. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention and the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

• What you'll be doing
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about products, services and promotional campaigns
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Processing customer orders, returns and refunds according to company procedures
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Identifying customer needs and preferences to support targeted marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
• Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
• Participating in training programmes to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably within marketing, CRM or e-commerce environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Patient, empathetic and professional demeanour under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Familiarity with direct marketing concepts and customer engagement strategies
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or customer service certifications are preferred
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
