Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.

- Provide information about the venue, menu, promotions, and events.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and receive excellent service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with service and operational teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the reception area.
- Build positive relationships with guests and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain grooming and appearance according to company standards.
