- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
- DevOps Engineer
to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and highly available. You will be responsible for managing a hybrid environment that spans both physical bare-metal hardware and dynamic cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Architect, deploy, and maintain robust environments across both
- bare-metal servers
- and
- cloud-based providers
Automation
- Utilize
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- to automate the provisioning and configuration of resources.
CI/CD Pipeline Ownership
Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code deployment and integration.
System Reliability
- Configure comprehensive
- monitoring and alerting
- systems to maintain a high Service Level Agreement (SLA) and minimize downtime.
Security Integration
- Implement best practices for system security, including hardening Linux environments and managing secrets.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Minimum of
- 1 year
- of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
Hybrid Environments
Proven experience managing both physical hardware (bare-metal) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Alicloud).
IaC Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with tools such as
- Terraform and Ansible
CI/CD Tools
Familiarity with modern CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipeline, or GitHub Actions.
Monitoring & Observability
Expertise in setting up monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog) to track system health and performance.
Linux Mastery
- Deep understanding of
- Linux operating systems
- , specifically Ubuntu or Debian-based distributions.
Scripting
- Proficient in
- Bash scripting
- for task automation and system administration.
