Educational Background and Major Requirements
(1) Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with relevant majors in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Architecture/Building Engineering, or similar disciplines are preferred. Candidates with extensive project document management experience are preferred.
(2) Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to prepare engineering documents in English and support the Employer’s document approval process.
(3) Familiar with the management procedures for engineering documents, including construction organisation design, task-specific construction method statements, construction drawings, material submittals, RFI (Request for Information), IR (Inspection Request), NCR (Non-Conformance Report), design changes, and completion documentation;
(1) Able to independently establish and maintain the project document management system, including document registers, drawing registers, correspondence registers, and other document control logs;
(2) Responsible for the receipt, distribution, numbering, filing, and version control of construction drawings, construction method statements, technical documents, meeting minutes, engineering correspondence, material submittals, and related documents;
(3) Responsible for compiling, archiving, and handing over project completion documentation, ensuring that engineering records are complete, accurate, compliant, and traceable;
(4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to establish engineering document control logs and conduct data statistics and analysis;
(5) Prepare weekly/monthly document management reports and report on project document control status to the Project Manager and Chinese project management team, ensuring compliance with the Employer’s contract and project document management requirements.
