About the role

• Internal Agency Head

. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing agency operations, managing key client accounts, and driving the success of our advertising and account management services. As Internal Agency Head, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the agency operates efficiently, maintains high service standards, and achieves its business objectives. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining focus on client satisfaction and agency profitability.

• Key responsibilities
• Leading and managing the internal agency team, including staff supervision, performance management, and professional development
• Overseeing agency operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to project timelines
• Managing relationships with key client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for strategic account matters
• Developing and implementing account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and agency revenue
• Coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns and solutions
• Monitoring agency performance metrics, client retention rates, and financial targets
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining quality assurance across all agency deliverables
• Identifying business development opportunities and supporting the growth of the agency's client portfolio
• Liaising between internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on agency performance and strategic initiatives
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in advertising or media agency management, with a track record of successfully leading teams and managing client accounts
• Strong understanding of agency operations, account management processes, and advertising campaign development
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously whilst maintaining high service levels
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of agency profitability, budgeting, and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in strategic account planning and client retention
• Knowledge of advertising industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Problem-solving ability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential for this role
