Job Qualify

• Male
• S1 Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 30 years old.
• Certificate of AK3 Umum, fire fighter, P3K.
• Having knowledge & expertise in ISO (Special for 14001, 45001, 14064, ISCC) PROPER KLHK.
• Excellent in English both of oral & written, (Japanese will be advantage).
• Having Experience with HSE in the manufacture 3-5 years also for Management K3.
• Having Experience with HSE improvement and project.
• Having Experience with HSE digitalization (IT basis).
• Having Knowledge & Experience of power point, adobe acrobat, excel etc.
• Able to plan, well-organized, self-strong management and well-adjusted.
• Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time
• Willing to work beyond office hours, hardworking and good team working.

Job Description

Policy Implementation

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (e.g., Pigeon Group's PSM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Risk Management

Conduct routine risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and facility inspections to identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions

raining & Awareness

: Facilitate daily or weekly safety briefings (toolbox talks), conduct staff inductions, and provide specialized safety training (e.g., first aid, fire fighting, emergency response)

Incident Investigation

Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Identify root causes, establish preventive measures, and prepare detailed reports for management.

mergency Preparedness

Coordinate and lead emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, eye-wash stations)

Compliance & Reporting

Monitor HSE performance metrics, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and submit regular compliance reports to internal and external stakeholders

Safety Culture

Promote a proactive safety culture across all departments and contractor teams by ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to permit-to-work systems.
