- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
- Maintain excellent guest service throughout the dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Assist with preparation and closing duties before and after service.
- Communicate guest requests, feedback, and complaints to the supervisor.
- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
