- to manage our online store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Simpleat brand stores on
- Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
- Handle product listings, inventory updates, and daily store operations.
- Manage customer service (CS), inquiries, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute platform promotions and double-date campaigns.
Requirements
Language
- Professional proficiency in English is required
- (for communication with Korean HQ).
Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
- Must be proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
