Deskripsi pekerjaan Estimator Construction (Civil/MEP/Interior) PT Star Skykom Indonesia
PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction services, and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.
- Looking for
- Estimator / QS
- (MEP, Interior and Civil Project).
- Qualifications & Experiences
- Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- Minimum 2 years experience as an estimator in construction projects (MEP/Interior/Civil);
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project
- Strong understanding of unit price standards in Jabodetabek and outside Java areas;
- Target-oriented and detail-focused;
- Strong analytical and calculation skills;
- Good sense/taste in interior design is a plus;
- Willing to conduct site checks and field verification;
- Experience handling interior or renovation projects;
- Able to prepare detailed cost breakdowns;
- Able to work accurately under deadlines;
- Able to speak in English is a
MUST
. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare RAB and RAP;
- Develop detailed cost estimates and unit price analysis;
- Create project time schedules;
- Prepare material quantity and cost recap;
- Conduct site surveys and measurements;
- Understand client requirements and prepare survey reports;
- Read and interpret 2D & 3D working drawings;
- Coordinate with project team regarding budgeting and estimation needs;
- Support project control and cost monitoring.
