We are looking for Junior Drafter!

About the Role

As a Junior Drafter, you'll work directly alongside our architecture team to produce accurate and well-coordinated working drawings. Your output is a critical foundation for both design and business decisions on every project we take on.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine architectural working drawings (shop drawings, detail drawings) based on designs from the architecture team
• Produce structural and MEP working drawings in accordance with project requirements
• Calculate Bills of Quantity (BQ) to support the cost estimation process
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with on-site conditions
• Maintain and organize drawing documents in an accurate and systematic manner

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK / D3 / D4 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD (required)
• Familiar with Revit (a plus)
• Experience in Structural or MEP projects (a plus)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they are already proficient in drafting software
• Detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable working with technical numbers and specifications
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently under clear deadlines
