What You Will Do
- Ensure every event is fully ready against timeline & checklist ahead of execution day
- Coordinate with booth contractors, production houses, printing vendors, equipment suppliers, logistics & venues
Coordinate event requirements across Brand & Marketing, Creative, Beverage Architect, Product Planning, Sales, Warehouse and other supporting teams.
- Secure timely readiness of product samples, ingredients, equipment, POSM, merchandise & furniture
- Plan manpower, duty rosters & team briefings for every event
- Own on-site execution — setup, troubleshooting & dismantling — to brand standard
- Manage event operational costs, vendor quotations and procurement requirements within approved budgets.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in event production, activation or exhibition management
- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation & coordination skills
- Highly organized with sharp attention to logistics detail
- A calm problem-solver who thrives working on the ground
- Flexible to work evenings/weekends around event schedules
