What You Will Do
- Develop beverage concepts inspired by local & global trends and real market needs
- Translate RASA Group products into beverage applications that are scalable & commercially viable
- Craft tailored beverage solutions for Key Accounts, Distributors, HoReCa & strategic customers
- Standardize recipes, product knowledge & presentation across every Beverage Architect Area (BAA)
- Drive adoption through menu development, trials, demos & sales support
Who We're Looking For
- Strong beverage, mixology or culinary background with a genuine passion for innovation
- Experience developing and leading a team of baristas, bartenders or beverage specialists
- Deep product knowledge with the discipline to standardize recipes at scale
- Confident engaging directly with customers, distributors and HoReCa partners
- Open to regular travel to teach and share knowledge
