About the role

Manage and oversee Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) functions across all entities within the holding in accordance with business needs and characteristics. Lead and direct the FAT team to ensure all work processes run effectively, integrated, accurately, and on time.

• Key responsibilities
• Ensure FAT processes run end-to-end, including accounting, financial reporting, AR/AP, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting, and preparation and finalization of financial statements
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance to provide insights and recommendations supporting business decisions and strategy
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projection, including actual vs budget/forecast analysis and variance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, internal policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations
• Review bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, including data and document preparation and follow-up on audit findings
• Participate in and/or lead finance, accounting, tax, and business-related projects, providing financial analysis and recommendations as needed
• Coordinate with Directors, Management, Business Units, and related functions to provide financial information and insights supporting decision-making
• Ensure consistency of FAT processes, standards, and governance across all entities and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum S1 education in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with experience in a managerial position
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Proficiency in accounting cycles, financial statement preparation, and Indonesian tax regulations
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and provide business insights and recommendations
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Understanding of accounting standards, taxation, internal control, and financial governance
• Comfortable handling projects and multiple priorities
• Preferred: experience in F&B, venue/property management, outsourcing, education enterprise, distribution, or multi-unit business environments
• Preferred: experience managing Finance, Accounting & Tax functions in group, holding, or multiple entities
