Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and corporate taxation.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in accordance with targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations of the company.
- Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and company cost control.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Lead and develop the performance of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
