Job Description
- Monitor and supervise freelancers during B2C activation activities across assigned locations.
- Ensure the execution of Web Membership and Wuzz Member activation programs complies with established SOPs and operational standards.
- Guide and support freelancers in educating customers about Parkee products and services.
- Ensure freelancers assist customers (members) throughout the end-to-end activation journey, including
- Downloading and registering the Parkee App.
- Registering and activating Web Membership.
- Completing Membership transactions via the Parkee App.
- Activating and using Wuzz Member.
- Monitor daily activation performance and ensure activation, registration, and transaction targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Account Manager (AM), Area Manager (AM), Building Management (BM), Business Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site activation activities.
- Evaluate freelancer performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure consistent service quality.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on activation performance, operational issues, and improvement recommendations.
- Act as the on-site PIC for operational issues and customer escalations during activation activities.
- Ensure all activation materials, devices, and operational tools are available and properly utilized.
