- The Role
- We are looking for a technically proficient
- Junior Accounting Officer
- to manage our full-cycle bookkeeping and financial systems. The successful candidate will be the primary operator for
- Accurate Accounting Software
- and must be capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Journaling
Execute precise daily entries, including General Ledger, accruals, and depreciation.
Accurate Software Specialist
Manage data input, transaction processing, and system troubleshooting within Accurate.
Account Management
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), verifying invoices against POs/Contracts.
Financial Reconciliation
Perform complex monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting.
ISO & Tax Compliance
Maintain strict adherence to ISO 37001 standards and prepare comprehensive data sets for monthly tax reporting (PPh and PPN).
Audit Readiness
Lead the preparation of accounting schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in an accounting role (Experience in Oil & Gas or Engineering services is a plus).
