- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, and annual tax filings.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
- Review costing, inventory valuation, and COGS, particularly for manufacturing operations.
- Prepare financial reports and management reports for local management and China headquarters.
- Support import/export transactions, customs documentation, and tax implications related to international trade.
- Develop and improve internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum
- 5–8 years
- of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with at least
- 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Prior experience in
- manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or industrial companies
- is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.
- Experience handling external audits, tax audits, and statutory reporting.
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Accurate, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Mandarin proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
- is required to communicate with China headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
