Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
- Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle tax calculations, tax reporting, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor company cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Good understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
