Requirements

• PIC for settlements with lending and funding partners.
• Validate funds received from and settled to funders.
• Monitor and control daily bank statements.
• Execute and manage daily fund movement activities, including bank transfers.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to settlements, discrepancies, or fund transfers.

Maintain and update operational trackers, reports, and documentation (e.g., spreadsheets and monitoring tools) for audit and reporting purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (familiar with VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and other essential formulas).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliation processes.
• Have no issue with repetitive work.
• Basic understanding of fund operations or joint financing is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial operations are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in fintech or banking will have an advantage.
