Floor Manager - Supervisor

• Responsible on the day to day operation of store
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist other store employees with their work
• Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
• Responsible to achieve sales and improve team
• Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
• Complete store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employess
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

Manage merchandise traffic in store, control merchandise inventory in oreder to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.
