- We're building a talent pool of freelance recruiters who enjoy connecting great people with great opportunities.
This is a remote, project-based opportunity. You'll be engaged whenever we have hiring projects that match your expertise, and you'll be paid per successful project or placement.
- What You May Work On
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
- Build and maintain a network of quality candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Jesson Global team to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mass recruitment or headhunting is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to manage multiple hiring projects independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Highly organized, responsive, and reliable.
