• Key responsibilities
• Oversee all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services
• Manage and supervise front office staff, providing training, development, and performance management
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Monitor and maintain front office systems, including property management systems and communication platforms
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage front office budgets, including staffing costs and operational expenses
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational continuity
• Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures in line with company standards
• Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain detailed documentation of operational issues and resolutions
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout front office areas
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office management within a hotel or hospitality establishment
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency with property management systems and front office technology
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, protocols, and best practices
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Certification in hospitality management or equivalent qualification is preferred
