About the role
- We are seeking an experienced
- Hotel Manager
- to lead our hotel operations in Suka Village, Sukabumi, West Java. This is a
- full-time position
that offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of hotel management and ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the property, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for our guests whilst ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Key responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development
- Monitor financial performance and budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
- Maintain and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and standards across all departments
- Handle guest relations and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure the property meets health, safety, and security regulations at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and supplies
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain quality standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance to senior management
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent customer service orientation and guest-focused mindset
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
- Strong problem solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant hospitality or business qualification or certification is preferred
