- We’re looking for hospitality professionals who love serving people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Mandarin or Arabic speaker is a strong advantage
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- Warm, confident, professional, and well-presented (must have)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Friendly with a genuine passion for helping people
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following roles is highly preferred
- Front Office
- Guest Relations
- Guest Experience
- Concierge
- Reception
- Customer Service
- Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality
- Handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Assist local and international guests throughout their stay
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support
- Maintain premium service standards in every guest interaction
- Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return and recommend STAY SAN LIVING
