This full-time role is an integral part of our Front Office and Guest Services team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all our guests.

• What you'll be doing
• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting guests with luggage, transportation, and other concierge-related tasks
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised front office environment
• Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest experience
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Proven experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
