Full Stack Engineer (React + Golang)

• What You’ll Do
• Frontend
• ○ Build and maintain production-grade React applications using TypeScript and React Router v7.
• ○ Collaborate with designers and implement features aligned with Figma and Storybook specs.
• ○ Contribute to routing using centralized route configs and lazy-loading patterns.
• ○ Implement proper handling of all data states (loading, error, empty, success).
• Backend
• ○ Design and develop scalable backend services using Go, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• ○ Build secure RESTful APIs for high-throughput, low-latency applications. ○ Create reusable Go packages and utilities within a monorepo.
• ○ Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• ○ Participate in system architecture and infrastructure design discussions.
• Product
• ○ Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and DevOps to ship end-to end features.

○ Uphold high code quality through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, Go test), and shared linting/formatting rules (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict mode).

○ Contribute to CI/CD practices and production debugging.

Kualifikasi

• What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with at least:
• ○ 2+ years using React and TypeScript.
• ○ 2+ years using Go in production.
• Experience with monorepo tooling (e.g., pnpm, Nx, Turborepo).
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and DDD principles.
• Proven ability to build robust APIs and testable UI components.
• Comfortable working without react-query/axios; experience with custom data fetching clients.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. How We Work
