Job Description
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a banking project, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications and digital banking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java & Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js / Next.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Design, implement, and optimize application features based on business and technical requirements.
- Work with databases, API integration, authentication, and transaction-related services.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure solutions comply with banking security, reliability, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Strong experience with React.js and/or Next.js for frontend development.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiar with Git and software development best practices.
- Experience with microservices, API integration, and application security is a plus.
- Banking, financial services, payment, or fintech experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work WFO in Jakarta.
