- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, cheerful, and professional attitude.
- Meet guests at the lobby or designated meeting point.
- Assist guests with luggage when needed.
- Greet guests to their apartment and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- Introduce the apartment, building facilities, and nearby attractions.
- Recommend restaurants, shopping malls, transportation, and local attractions.
- Ensure every guest feels comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Represent the premium hospitality standards of STAY SAN LIVING in every guest interaction.
- What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Arabic is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in Hospitality, Front Office, Guest Relations, Hotel Reception, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Warm, bubbly, cheerful, and confident personality.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must own a motorcycle or car with a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel between STAY SAN LIVING properties across Jakarta to welcome and assist guests.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
