About the role
We are looking for 1 Guest Relations / Villa Host for personalized in-villa check-in, welcome experience, and guest accompaniment throughout the stay. You are the face of BHP for our international guests.
Key responsibilities
- Personalized in-villa check-in with welcome drink
- Villa briefing and services walkthrough
- Concierge service: restaurant bookings, excursions, transfers
- On-site problem solving during guest stays
- Coordination with butler and housekeeping
- Guest feedback collection and review management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years guest relations / concierge / villa host experience in 5-star
- Fluent English mandatory (Italian, Russian, Mandarin are a strong plus)
- Deep knowledge of Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud (restaurants, attractions, events)
- Motorcycle/car license mandatory
- Excellent personal presentation and soft skills
