Head Chef

• KOI Group is looking for a Head Chef (Korean Cuisine) who is responsible
• for creating and improving korean menu items that meet taste, quality,
• and cost standards.

responsibilities

• Develop and test new Korean menu.
• Create complete recipes, including ingredients, methods, portions, and food
• costing.
• Work with the Supply Chain team to select ingredients and packaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support menu implementation.

qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef.
• Experience in a menu development project for Korean cuisine (must have)
• Strong understanding of sushi techniques, ingredient selection, taste
• evaluation, and portion-based costing.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented in testing and documentation.
