About the role
Head of Finance to oversee the financial operations of three F&B brands/restaurants. The objective is to ensure financial transparency, cost control, profitability, and efficient financial management across all outlets.
- Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial summaries for each outlet
- Monitor food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, operating expenses, and overall profitability
- Develop budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve margins
- Supervise daily sales reconciliation, cash handling, bank transactions, and payment accuracy
- Work closely with purchasing and operations to control supplier costs, stock discrepancies, and wastage
- Oversee supplier payments, invoices, receivables, and outstanding balances
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and proper financial documentation under Indonesian regulations
- Supervise the finance and accounting team and establish clear financial procedures across all three brands
- About you
- Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent Excel and accounting software skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
