About the role

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic
• Head of Human Resources
• to join our Jakarta headquarters on a
• full-time basis

. This is a pivotal leadership position within GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia, where you will drive our human resources strategy and operations across the entire organisation. Reporting directly to senior management, you will shape our organisational culture, talent management practices, and people development initiatives to support our ambitious growth objectives and sustainability mission. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing HR function that directly impacts our organisational success and employee engagement.

• Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organisational goals and business objectives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent across all levels
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures to ensure fair and consistent policies
• Design and deliver learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career progression
• Manage compensation, benefits, and remuneration frameworks whilst ensuring competitive positioning within the market
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws, regulations, and international best practices in human resources management
• Lead organisational development initiatives, including culture building, change management, and employee engagement programmes
• Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, delegating responsibilities and fostering professional development
• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights and recommendations on people-related matters
• Manage HR budgets, systems, and processes to optimise operational efficiency and effectiveness
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or Head of HR role
• Demonstrated expertise in Indonesian labour law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of building and leading effective HR teams and functions within growing or complex organisations
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into effective people management initiatives
• Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organisational culture development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in change management and driving organisational transformation
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR analytics tools
• Knowledge of sustainability or environmental sectors is highly desirable
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential
