About the Job

Your role as a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Intern will involve will involve supporting the implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by assisting in reporting, monitoring, inspections, and safety awareness initiatives across the company.

In This role, you will get to

Assist in preparing and maintaining P2K3 (Occupational Safety and Health Committee) reports and supporting HSE administrative documentation.

Support the implementation of Safety Patrol activities by conducting inspections, documenting findings, and preparing monitoring reports for Head Office and Stores.

Monitor and compile HSE performance data, including Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and Severity Rate, to support periodic reporting and analysis.

Assist in developing health and safety educational materials, including safety campaign content, posters, and educational videos to promote HSE awareness.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HSE documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to Success

Fresh Graduates in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.

• Have a strong interest in occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and documentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Possess good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Canva or video editing tools is an advantage.

Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung, West Java.
