About the Job

Your role as a Human Capital Intern will involve supporting the Human Capital team in developing engaging knowledge management materials.

In This role, you will get to

• Support the development of visual materials for Human Capital programs, learning initiatives, and internal communications.
• Design engaging digital and print content, including presentation materials, infographics, posters, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate with the Human Capital team to transform ideas and information into clear, visually appealing communication materials.

Assist in maintaining and organizing Human Capital knowledge management resources to ensure information is well-structured and easily accessible.

Contribute creative ideas to support employee engagement, learning, and organizational development initiatives while ensuring consistency with the company's branding guidelines.

What you'll need to Success

• Fresh Graduates in Psychology, Business Management, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take the initiative on design projects.
• Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics.
• Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
• Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
