About the Job

Your role as a Retail Sales Support Intern will involve supporting the Retail Business team in daily operational activities, administrative processes, and sales support to ensure efficient store operations and smooth business execution across retail locations.

In This role, you will get to

• Support daily retail operations by assisting with administrative tasks and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support store requirements and ensure timely execution of operational requests.
• Assist in monitoring the procurement and distribution process of store operational needs.
• Support the preparation and validation of sales-related documents, reports, and operational records.
• Help consolidate sales and operational data to support reporting and business analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure retail operations are carried out effectively and in accordance with company standards.

What you'll need to Success

• Fresh Graduates in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung, West Java.
