Hostess DW

This role is designed for a warm, confident, and well-presented individual who creates a memorable first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Hostess at La Plancha, you will be the face of one of Bali's most beloved sunset beach clubs — welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless and friendly front-of-house experience on a daily worker, event-based schedule.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine guest-first attitude
• Able to manage guest flow, reservations, and seating arrangements in a calm and organized manner
• Comfortable working in an outdoor, beachside environment during peak service hours
• Able to work on a flexible, event-based daily worker schedule
• Willing to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
