that plays a crucial role in maintaining the standards of cleanliness and comfort that define our villa experience. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property are properly maintained, creating a welcoming and serene environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our Villa.

• Key responsibilities
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and other soft furnishings as required
• Perform thorough sweeping , mopping, and dusting of all designated areas
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tiles
• Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and supplies throughout the villa
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock is running low
• Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning products safely
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management immediately
• Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping station and storage areas
• Work collaboratively with owner to ensure seamless operations
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience working as a Housekeeper in a hospitality setting, preferably in a villa or boutique hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail with an excellent eye for cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout a shift
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work varied part-time hours as required by the business
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance
• Basic English language skills to understand instructions and communicate with guests and team members
• Experience in a similar role within Bali or Southeast Asia is highly desirable
