Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and incentives.
- Administer BPJS, insurance, THR, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
- Calculate PPh 21 and coordinate payroll-related tax reporting.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data.
- Prepare payroll, compensation, and benefits reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or compensation and benefits.
- Good understanding of Indonesian payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, and labor regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll calculations.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English or Mandarin is an advantage.
