Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment.
- Candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
- CV screening and initial interviews.
- Interview coordination with user.
- Candidate relationship management.
- Recruitment progress reporting and target achievement.
- In charge of managing internal system/HRIS.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using Mekari Talenta (HRIS).
- Experience in payroll administration and a solid understanding of employee income tax regulations.
