- Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or HR Management; a Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in an HR Manager or Supervisor role (experience in educational institutions is an advantage).
- Preference given to candidates with experience in schools, universities, or service-oriented organizations.
- Competencies
Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations, employee performance management (performance appraisals), compensation & benefits, and staff capacity building (training & development).
- Ability to analyze workforce needs and plan for HR quantity and qualifications.
- Ability to draft job descriptions and job specifications.
- Ability to manage the recruitment, selection, and placement of teachers and staff.
Ability to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor and evaluate performance, and plan for follow-up actions, training needs, HR development, and leadership development.
- Personality
- Possesses firm yet compassionate leadership qualities, strong communication and mediation skills, and high integrity.
